Picking a time when a group of people can meet can be done efficiently when using a tool specifically designed for the task rather than sending an email message or making phone calls. These tools use a poll of several dates and times that group members can vote on for the times they are available. One of the most popular tools for creating meeting polls is Doodle, however a more efficient tool to use here at LCCC is FindTime. See FindTime's simplicity in this short video:
FindTime is an Add-In app for Outlook. FindTime uses the same familiar polling model as Doodle to simplify group scheduling and is especially helpful in Outlook as it automatically pulls in your Outlook calendar. FindTime works with external or guest users as well. Once added to any Outlook version and linked to your account, the add-in will follow you wherever you log in. FindTime is on the Microsoft 365 Roadmap for feature updates and supported by Microsoft.
