YuJa and Canvas

The CET is working with YuJa to move the integration from D2L to Canvas. We have learned that when YuJa moves to Canvas duplicate accounts will be created in YuJa. The YuJa engineers are working on programming to automatically merge duplicate accounts but the programming will not be complete prior to Summer 2018. If you need to use YuJa in Canvas for summer courses, your accounts will need to be manually merged. Please follow these steps to get this done:

1. Login to Canvas
2. Click into any course
3. Follow directions in this Canvas guide to enable YuJa in your course.
4. Click on YuJa under the Home link in the course navigation. This will create your duplicate account.
5. Contact the CET at 307.778.4363 or cet@lccc.wy.edu
6. Please do not upload any content until the CET notifies you that your two accounts have been merged.  

Note:  You will be able to see all content under your account in D2L. Once the two accounts are merged, you will see your content in both places.  Any direct links or embed links used in your courses in D2L will work in Canvas.
