Show me the Data!

Our Nursing faculty have spent considerable time using analytics in D2L to examine the results of tests in their courses. They have gotten used to being able to statistically recognize questions that might be poor indicators of student proficiency. This D2L feature has helped them target continuous improvement throughout the curriculum and they've expressed concern about losing this kind of tool with the transition to Canvas.

Performance analytics in Quizzes.Next

Worry no more! Yesterday I attended the Canvas webinar "Managing Assessments in Quizzes.Next" and discovered this report which details the analytics we'll all have at our disposal in the new LMS. Nursing faculty Christina Warren's reaction was, "Awesome :)" and colleague Paula Belknap echoed with, "It looks like all we need :)!"
